The Full Story

Hi!  I'm Camille

In 2016, I found myself disconnected from my body and from nature in a way I think many can relate to.  In an effort to find some kind of relief, I began taking myself into the woods to play in my environment, no script, no outcome goals, just exploration and play.  That experience led me on a journey of discovering MovNat, mobility, calisthenics, and most importantly, myself.  In April of 2023 I got certified in MovNat (L2), and shortly thereafter completed my NASM CPT.  I have since made it my goal to help others rekindle a relationship with nature and their bodies in a unique blend of training modalities, and I can't wait to show you!

Mission

My mission is to help people become the strongest, most well rounded and capable individuals they can be, all while having fun.  Everybody knows fitness is important, I define fitness not by how much you can lift, or the shape of your body, but instead by how you feel every day. True strength is being free of pain, and able to participate in whatever activities you choose to do in life.  Nobody should feel held back by their body's abilities, and we should all enjoy our fitness as much as we enjoy our morning tea or coffee.

Vision

I hope that one day, we live in a world where every person can run, climb, jump, crawl, roll, and PLAY through life.  Age is no longer a factor, because our muscles and joints are prepared for whatever life throws at us.  Fitness is no longer about PR's and aesthetics, but instead becomes about unlocking new capabilities within ourselves, challenging our limits, exploring the possibilities, and most importantly, having a lot of fun!
